​"The Heart Rock Cafe" is an inspirational monthly-themed community music, meditation and poetry share

Bring an inspiring song, a poem, a guided meditation, prayer or mind/body practice that connects with the theme of the month. People of all spiritual paths and cultural traditions are welcome!  Every month will feature a unique theme and special guests followed by an open mic. Each person gets up to 10 minutes to share. Please indicate each of the following:

  • The title of your song, poem, guided meditation or mind/body practice
  • Tell us a few words about it and from what spiritual or cultural tradition if any.
  • One-three sentence bio about yourself that we can use to introduce you and a link to your website or FB profile
You should receive an email from us within a week letting you know whether a slot is available or answering whatever question you might have.
