HERE we nourish the spaces inside and outside of ourselves that make our hearts sing, our minds peaceful, our bodies vibrant, our relationships harmonious and our lives a symphony of love and joy! HERE we explore the art of BEing human in a playful, mindful and heart-centered way.  Our programs and retreats offer a deep dive into presence, joy, connection and creativity through nature connection, yoga and meditation, circles of trust an
d understanding, compassionate communication, team building and more.

Do you ever wish someone would help you slow down, breathe, and connect you with your pure essence of joy? I can help you with that! Our one hour “Cultivating the Joy of Presence” group meditation is great for those needing to unplug, unwind and connect with feelings of joy, wonder and gratitude in a nature-based setting.

Deepening our connection to nature, ourselves and each other

Together we dive into silence and deepen our communion with the earth, ourselves and each other. We practice simple yoga exercises, breathing, sounding and other skills in presence, attention, appreciation and connecting to the heart followed by group reflection and sharing

Dina Rae Capitani is a professional Artpreneur and creator of Doggie Doodles by Dina Pet Caricatures, musician, songwriter, yoga and meditation practitioner and former competitive elite gymnast who has studied the mind-body connection and the art of wellness for over 30 years. Dina graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in Psychology and has extensive training and experience in yoga, meditation, 12-step recovery, compassionate communication, peace circle process, team-building, group facilitation and community building. On her personal journey to wholeness she has come to recognize above all else the importance of cultivating joy and presence in one’s life. To that end she created the Space Between the Notes, an intentional space to slow down, breathe and connect to the heart of one’s self, nature and each other.  Here she facilitates a variety of programs in mindfulness meditation, nature connection, circles of trust, sound healing, intuitive art making and more.
